No Guaranteed Results

We aim to provide high-quality advertising setup, strategy, and management. However, advertising results are affected by many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, product demand, website quality, competition, budget, market conditions, platform policies, and customer behavior.

We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, return on ad spend, rankings, approvals, or campaign performance.

Client Responsibilities

To complete the work, you may need to provide:

• Access to Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Shopify, GA4, GTM, Meta Ads, or other relevant platforms
• Accurate business, product, website, and billing information
• Product data, images, descriptions, prices, shipping details, and policy pages
• Timely feedback and approvals
• A working website or Shopify store that complies with platform requirements

Delays in providing access, feedback, or required information may delay project completion.

Advertising Spend

Advertising spend is separate from our service fees.

Any budget paid directly to Google, Meta, or another advertising platform is your responsibility. Web Solutions PH does not cover ad spend unless specifically stated in writing.

Platform Policies

Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, and Merchant Center have their own rules, policies, review processes, and approval systems.

We can help review and improve your setup, but we do not control platform decisions, account suspensions, product disapprovals, ad reviews, policy enforcement, or changes made by third-party platforms.

Payments

Service fees, setup fees, management fees, or consulting fees must be paid according to the agreed invoice, proposal, or payment terms.

Work may not begin until payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, setup work, audits, strategy, and consulting, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds, if any, are handled at the discretion of Web Solutions PH and based on the specific situation, work completed, and written agreement.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service package. Requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Examples of out-of-scope work may include new campaigns, additional stores, major tracking changes, extra product feed work, new landing pages, or work on accounts not included in the original agreement.

Client Results and Case References

We may reference general project experience, strategies, or results in marketing materials. We will not publicly share confidential client information, account access, private business data, or sensitive performance details without permission.

Intellectual Property

Any strategies, recommendations, campaign structures, documents, or materials created by Web Solutions PH remain the intellectual property of Web Solutions PH unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use completed deliverables for your own business once payment has been made.

Limitation of Liability

Web Solutions PH is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, account suspensions, platform policy decisions, ad disapprovals, website issues, third-party errors, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its functionality, copy its content without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
